GeoTix

With a first-in institutional investment by Boomerang in 2017, GeoTix launched a digital ticketing platform designed to work with local media partners throughout the US. In mid-2020, GeoTix was acquired by Evvnt in an all-share transaction. Founded in 2012, Evvnt provides event ticketing and marketing services globally, and acquired GeoTix based on the value of its ticketing functionality.
